A useful checkup, with a reason behind each change.
I’ll look at how your computer behaves and what you use it for. The goal is to solve the slowdown, clear up avoidable problems, and help you understand whether the hardware still meets your needs.
- Windows update verification
- Browser and software updates
- Startup application review
- Available storage and drive health review
- Malware and suspicious software checks
- Unneeded software cleanup
- Driver checks where relevant
- System health and performance troubleshooting
A tune-up can’t promise to make every old computer feel new. If worn hardware or limited memory is part of the problem, I’ll explain the options and whether the cost is worthwhile.
We’ll discuss your options and likely cost before major work begins.

A few common questions
Will you delete my files?
We’ll discuss proposed cleanup first. Personal files are not something to casually remove to make space. If storage is the issue, I’ll help identify what is taking room and discuss backup or transfer options.
Is a tune-up the same as reinstalling Windows?
No. A tune-up is a review and targeted cleanup. If a reinstall makes sense, I’ll discuss the impact on files, software, and accounts before starting.
